About North Anna River Solar
North Anna River Solar is working alongside environmental experts, neighbors, and County leaders to develop a Project that can optimally blend with the natural landscape of the area. The project includes extensive setbacks, vegetative screening, and numerous wildlife corridors.

Project Details
North Anna Solar will be built entirely on private land, on ground mounted solar arrays. Located in a rural area with few neighbors, the project seeks to ensure the solar panels have minimal visual impacts. The project will produce 72 MWs of electricity, provide approximately 65 local jobs and increase direct and indirect County and community revenue.
North Anna Solar was carefully sited. The project is in close proximity to the existing electrical transmission infrastructure. No new transmission lines will be required. The project has been designed with extensive buffers, open space, and wildlife corridors.
